The workmanship of the modules, their parts, and fasteners is impeccable, as in any Insta360 product. As a hobbyist device, the Insta360 One R looks as professional as the super-budget camera mentioned at the beginning of the article.
The camera interfaces are hidden under a flip cover, and there’s a USB Type-C connector and a memory card slot. The cap is apparently unreliable, but its design is waterproof to a depth of 5 meters.
Now about the frame. She has two tasks:

The supplied rechargeable battery has a capacity of 1190 mAh and can be charged in less than an hour with the 5V 2A charger. At the beginning of the charging process, the battery consumes an average of 1.7 A, sometimes “speeding up” to 1.9 A. This means that there is no point in using an adapter with a power higher than 2 A, the camera still does not it will take more than it should.

These microfilms are necessary for working with video on mobile devices, so as not to drive a 100-megabit stream back and forth across a fragile Wi-Fi bridge between the camera and the smartphone.
