Design and Screen
Without a doubt, one of the most striking sections of the new Xiaomi Mi Band 6 is its new Oled screen, it has a larger size of 1.56 inches, a clear resolution of 152 x 486 pixels, and a more powerful brightness compared to its previous version, reaching 450 nits.
Xiaomi Mi Band 6 in different colors
As for the rest of the design, it remains the same as the previous model, it maintains its oval design and its division of components: on one side “the pill”, and on the other side the strap where the device is inserted. The new model inherits the magnetic connector for the charger, a very useful function to charge it without having to remove it from the band.
Features
Another of the greatest innovations that the Xiaomi Mi Band 6 incorporates is that it offers blood oxygen saturation reading (SpO2) and breathing records during sleep.
The bracelet maintains its 5 ATM resistance to water and dust and has automatic sports registration. Unlike the previous models, this one brings 30 sports practices, which allows you to monitor sleep and also activity.
In addition, it provides all mobile notifications on the wrist, allows you to control the music on your mobile from the screen of the bracelet via Bluetooth, and also has alarms and alerts.
Best of all, you can automatically record six exercises; among which are running, walking, treadmill running, and cycling. The Mi Band 6 brings more than 130 wallpapers in its App, which you can download to put on the bracelet.
Another positive point is that the Xiaomi Mi Band 6 maintains its 14 days of autonomy with just one charge, according to the brand’s data (Xiaomi claims that up to 19 days), but this must already be tested in use. It charges from zero to one hundred in less than 2 hours and it is not necessary to remove the tablet from the bracelet to charge it.
