RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY
DwellerCart.com is dedicated to enable a unique & delightful purchase experience for its customers. We are hell-bound to ensure the highest quality & reliability for our customers. However, there might be some inconsistencies. On seldom occasions, you may have to return an order.
Return Policy:
- In case the Customer Changes his/her Mind:
- Must notify within 3 Days.
- Please do not break the seal of your received product & conserve the delivery packaging & invoice.
- Any exception will result in no return.
- In case of a Misplaced Order:
- Check the product and match it with the invoice.
- Let us know as soon as possible

- In case of Manufacturing Defect:
- Must inform us immediately after learning the defect.
- Any delay beyond 7 days will result in no return or replacement.
***Note: 1. Quality of the product depends on the manufacturer. DwellerCart.com has nothing to do with it. You cannot return a product if you do not like the product quality. 2. DwellerCart.com will bear the delivery charges for 7 Days replacement warranty/Default warranty. Customer must bear the delivery charges for General warranty claim.
Warranty Policy:

- Warranty claims will require at least 2 weeks of inspection before passing the claim.
- Warranty provided by DwellerCart.com:
- Only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect.
- Must notify within 7 Days.
- Any delay will not be acceptable.
- Any exception will result in no return.
Refund Policy
- Refunds
- Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your DBBL Bank Account/Card or bKash.
You will receive the refund within 7-10 working days.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonÂrefundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
