This product is a smart atomizing air freshener that can control and operate via Baseuse App. It adopts ultrasonic sheet atomizers to atomize the essential oil and then spray out, quickly spreading the scent for a pleasant environment. Before using this product, please read this manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
Indicator Light
- Normal operation: ambient light mode During charging: LED light flashes in green
- Fully charged: LED lights up in green
- Adjustment: LED light flashes (when adjusting)
- Standby state: The light is off.
- Shutdown state: The light is off.
Operating Instructions
Turn on/off: Press the power switch for 2 seconds, then the light turns on, and it sprays once.
Single/dual spraying mode: double press to activate.
Fog volume: Rola the power switch clockwise to increase the volume, and counterclockwise duce the volume.
Standby: Enters standby mode when no vibration or operation is detected or there is no Bluetooth connection within 3 minutes.
Restart: Restarts when vibration or any key operation is detected.
Connection Instructions
- Press the power switch for 2 seconds to turn it on.
- Turn on the BaseusApp.
- Tap “Add a device” in the app to add Baseus Smart Dual-port Atomized Air Freshener.
Note: Connection should be completed within 3 minutes, after power-on, otherwise.
Restoring default settings
Press the power switch for 10 seconds or press “RESET” button.
How to handle when the device is offline?
- Please make sure that the aroma device is turned on and fully charged.
- Please make sure that the Bluetooth of your mobile phone is turned on.
- Please make sure that the aroma device is close to your mobile phone.
RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

Refund Policy
- Refunds
- Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your DBBL Bank Account/Card or bKash.
You will receive the refund within 7-10 working days.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
